It’s a convenient 10 min drive from Inlet Beach, the restaurants/shopping of rosemary Beach and the 30A avenues (to the west) and also only 10 minutes from Pier Park (to the east). Our home sleeps 19 total, but a maximum of 13 adults. There are 4 master suites with king beds. The built-in bunk room sleeps 6 kids (kids/small adults 120 lbs or less) and the loft upstairs features a queen over queen bunk with twin trundle, to accommodate 5 additional guests. Our home has 6 full bathrooms. The open concept living/dining/kitchen is extremely spacious with double-height ceilings. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary supplies to cook for, and cater to large groups. The extra full size refrigerator is an added bonus! The upstairs loft features a game room for loads of family fun, including a ping pong table, foosball table and large screen TV!
