Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place close to Parris Island and downtown Beaufort. This renovated 3 bedroom bungalow-style cottage sleeps 8 people and has everything you need for your next visit to charming Beaufort. Located right on the marsh enjoy waterfront views and incredible sunsets each evening from the fire pit or patio. Set out to see Beaufort's historic downtown 5 min away, the famous Spanish Moss Trail 5 min away, or the Parris Island Marine Base 20 min away. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with space to host the entire family or you and your friends. Enjoy a nice beverage on the back patio while watching the sunset over the marsh. Easy access to restaurants, parks, shops, and everything in between.

Convenient location--short drive to waterfront and nearby grocery store. House was nice--very clean and well equipped. Area was not as quiet as we expected--a good amount of road noise and military jets overhead. Especially appreciated the availability of Hunting State Park pass, good reading lights in the bedroom, and the large tv with DVD player. The master bathroom was very small with a TINY shower, which might be an issue if you are a larger person. Kelli was very responsive and helpful with all inquiries.
Me and my Family truly enjoyed our stay ! They had extras snacks and everything you could possibly need and we were very comfortable- The beds slept amazing and we plan to visit and stay again here

Kelli was amazing! Her communication was very proactive and friendly. I adored her home as well, it was perfect for my needs. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The location was perfect, and I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
Kelli is a great host attentive to providing all details for an easy check in/out and stay as well as quick responses to all of my questions. Kelli's cottage is as nice as pictured having everything we needed including a well-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds in every room, and a great patio area to enjoy the view of the marsh surrounded by beautiful moss covered trees. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings and recapping our activities of the day in the evenings out on the patio. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and perfectly located for all of our wedding activities, 6 min from downtown Beaufort, and only minutes away from many stores like Publix, Food Lion, and Walmart. We enjoyed walking through downtown Beaufort...many shops, historic sites and restaurants . We had great meals at Dockside (seafood) and Q on Bay (BBQ) and a delicious breakfast at Blackstone's. My family was so comfortable in your cottage for a beautiful wedding weekend in Beaufort!! Thank you Kelli!!
