The cabin is as peaceful and quiet as described. The air was so clean and fresh that I left my window open at night, and drifted peacefully to sleep, warmed by the cozy duvet and lulled by the soft patter of rain outside. Birdsong woke me up, and when I looked outside, I could see trilliums in the garden below. Our hostess was wonderful — very kind, helpful, and interesting. I would love to spend more time at Mia’s lovely cabin in the woods.

Mia is a kind, helpful, and easy going host. Her home is peaceful and relaxing. My daughter and I enjoyed sipping tea while watching the humming birds. It's a perfect place for a quiet nature getaway! The room was also very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Mia’s house. The lodge is extremely clean and cozy. It’s located in a very quiet street with many trees around. Many parks and trails just 10 minutes drive. The host kindly offered breakfast for us and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place if you visit Victoria.

Mia was a lovely host. She was responsive, friendly, helpful and provided everything we needed. The place was very clean and in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The coffee and quality breakfast supplies were a nice bonus! Although it's a shared living space there is lots of room to relax and Mia was very mindful our space. Highly recommend!!!
