Take a stroll down to the beach, bike along the trail, or launch a kayak out on the lake. The Rosehill guest suite offers an ideal spot to enjoy all that the lake life has to offer. Whether you are looking for a relaxing escape or need a comfortable space to retire to after a sporting event. The Rosehill Suite is the perfect spot for you. Our well appointed ground level guest suite with glimpses of the lake features 2 comfortable bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 guests. The bathroom offers a shower/tub, fresh towels, soaps and shampoos. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee station along with pantry staples for cooking. Our cozy living/dining space allows for easy visiting and offers tv with streaming services and a selection of books and games.

We had a great time at the guest house. It was the perfect location, close to where we needed to be but peaceful and quiet. It is so cute and clean. The bedding was so soft. It was all set up to watch Netflix, play games, relax etc. They made us feel so welcome with all the special touches. We will definitely come back next year and rebook. Thank you!

Our guest was visiting from South Africa and we wanted to show off beautiful Vancouver Island. We chose the right place!
Overall, we had a great stay at Kevin's. Scott greeted us and helped us with the door. As it was Easter week-end, we were pleasantly surprised to find a basket of chocolates and fresh daffodils on the kitchen table. The pictures and description of the apartment was accurate. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We found everything we needed and appreciated some good coffee. The house is located a short walking distance to the beach with an easy boat launch and dock, ideal for paddle boarding. The town centre is also walkable and equipped with key amenities. Kevin followed-up with me at check-out and sent me off with some homemade cookies. Thank you Kevin and Scott, you have my vote for Super Host status! We look forward to coming back for a longer stay.
This suite is definitely among the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in the world. A spacious two bedroom with huge kitchen and tonnes of space to visit and move around, the hosts had thought of everything to make this the best possible holiday experience. Books to read, board games, tea and coffee, even some silk milk in the fridge. The linens and towels were gorgeous, all very high quality. Even the art work on the walls was a joy to look at. Beautiful fresh flowers on the table. I would highly recommend this suite to anyone looking for a break in a pristine luxurious suite steps from beautiful Shawnigan Lake. Would be great for a family or in our case two friends catching up who has a lovely evening and then great night’s sleep in beautiful separate bedrooms. Absolutely silent overnight, even with this being a ground floor flat with living space above. Thank you Kevin! We will definitely book again!

Only 1.9 km to Shawnigan Lake School, 1.7 km to St. Johns Academy and 7 Km to Brentwood Collage in Millbay. We are the perfect stay if you are coming to the area to tour these private schools, visit a loved one attending the schools, coming for a sports tournament or event!
