Amazing cozy place to stay. Morgan and Christina are very responsive and kind. Instructions were easy to follow. I will definitely stay again when I visit Washington again! :)

I really recommend this perfect apartment for anyone who is seeking for peaceful stay in DC! I love the interior design of this apartment. All of the furniture are fantastic and super pleasant. Really close to bus stop to reach Union Station, downtown and city center. The host is also very helpful and responsive. Really want to be back here again!

The place is quiet if you want something to rest and go exploring the surroundings. The basement apartment like unit keeps very clean including bathroom. Linens are spotless. There are some things inside you can use like plates and kitchen utensils if you would like to cook. Morgan keeps some coffee and water for the stance. She responds quick if you need sth. First time I felt noise from the walking on the house and from the dog and it was solved. Don't be shy to communicate. There are a lot of means of transportation around the city considering that you will need to commute if you want to go to downtown or other places. When you visit DC it feels like being in Europe.

This basement apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. Everything was clean and tidy and the place has been fixed up so nicely! It was also nice to have somewhere to park our car for the weekend! A bus stop is right around the corner and makes getting places super easy! If you’re over 6’2’’ this may not be the place for you as the ceilings are lower due to it being a basement. The mattress isn’t the best and I would suggest bringing your own pillow. Overall this apartment was a great find and we are grateful to the hosts for their hospitality!

This is the cutest little spot in the basement! The place was spotless, updated, and perfect for our stay! They do have low ceilings, so if you’re above 6’ you might feel a little cramped.
