We had a great girls weekend. (April 26-April 28) For 3 adults the place was perfect. Tastefully decorated with all the things we needed. Awesome coffee bar! The Jacuzzi was a must after hiking all day, what a treat! Kelly was a joy, always responsive and willing to accommodate our requests. Neighbors were friendly and have friendly dogs, we didn’t mind them as we are dog people. The lake is down the road that leads to the property about 3min walk. We ran out of time to use the kayaks and the weather wasn’t cooperating. Mount Major 25-30 min drive. Climaxe (ax throwing) 15 min away located in Belmont super fun place BYOB (we had pizzas delivered to location ). Lacoya Barn 25-30 min, great food, friendly staff. I highly recommend this cozy, quiet place, tucked in a friendly neighborhood. Kelly I may be booking this place during summer months with my family of 4 and my furry boy. Again, thank you for all your attention to detail and your excellent communication skills.

We had such a cozy and amazing weekend! This place was just what we were looking for! The hosts are amazing and I thank them for letting us stay at their home. The hot tub is so amazing for an even cozier stay!

Benoit & Kelly have thought about every little detail for their quaint home within walking distance from Sawyer Lake. We loved the variety of coffees in the morning! We came up during the winter to ski at Gunstock. It was an easy drive to Gunstock and other spots within an hour. The hot tub was the highlight and such a treat after a long day of skiing.

It was beautiful, right when we walked in , the first thing we said was “we want our house like this”. It smelt good, it was breathe taking . So comfortable. Definitely will be booking here again & again.💕
