Enjoy the beauty of Vermont in this mid-state colonial home built in 1906. 5 minute drive to Norwich University 45 minutes to Burlington 40 minutes to Stowe 30 minutes to Sugarbush 15 minutes to Montpelier Our large master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a full sized futon. Our second bedroom, the "Rainbow Room," features a full sized bed and adorable rainbow sky mural great for kids or kids-at-heart. Our kitchen features an electric range, a dishwasher, and a butcher's block that works as a great meal prep space. Downstairs features one half bathroom and upstairs has a full bath with shower and tub.

We are so honored to be Liz’ first guests! We drove up for the eclipse, and she couldn’t have made her home more welcoming and comfortable. Checkin was a breeze, there was a sweet welcome basket, and the home was better than advertised. The couches are deep and comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and well appointed, the two bathrooms are modern and clean, and the three beds large and soft. We were very pleasantly surprised by the toys and games available for our kids (aged 8). Liz was responsive and professional and made a real effort to make us comfortable. The location is even perfect. There’s a fenced-in backyard in a quiet neighborhood with a playground, and only 20 minutes to Montpelier on a local road. I have absolutely zero complaints and would love to stay again. Thank you, Liz!

Bordered by Northfield Elementary and High School, this home is in a residential neighborhood. It's just a 5 minute walk from to the adorable town common featuring local shops and dining and a 5 minute drive to Norwich University. Go Cadets!
Park in our private driveway, roomy enough for 1-2 vehicles depending on size.
