The house was amazing and great for a big group! It's spacious with many bathrooms, a large kitchen, an incredible pool and backyard, and beautiful views. The house was clean, the amenities listed were provided, and it is very close to Old Town with bars and restaurants. Porter was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend staying at this property!
Great place, plenty of space, nice view, perfect
Both houses were fantastic. All the one of the houses was not as good. Furniture was not that comfortable. The other house was fantastic. One of the best homes we stayed at.
Spent my 40th at Porter's place with a large group of 11 guys. It was a golf trip so having the golf course in the backyard was a really nice touch. Really great place for a large group. Pictures are accurate. Pool is awesome. Location is perfect. Close to everything. If you're a coffee drinker, you'll want to plan in advance. They have a coffee maker (not a keurig) but we didn't see any coffee. Had shampoo and conditioner but no bath soap so just bring that stuff with you and you'll be good. Master shower doubled as a steam room. This was everyone's favorite amenity. So good. All in all the place was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend to any large group.
House is lovely & great for our size group- 4 adults, 5 teenagers, 2 kids. Pool, patio, view, kitchen, shared spaces all stand out. We did have a few issues- when we arrived, garbage was overflowing (and animals got into it overnight which was a pain to clean up the following day), cleaning crew was still there, pool was murky, broken mirror taped together in master bathroom, and one shower was completely out of service which was problematic for a group our size. The host fixed the garbage & pool issues promptly, but we were down a shower for the duration of our stay.
