Several electric appliances - kettle, microwave, toaster, toastie maker, electric fry pan, nutribullet. Ample cutlery, crockery and glasses. Cooking pans & frypans with cooking utensils. Plus picnic basket for you to take to the beach! Or short walk to Iris Moore park reserve and Robinsons Reserve. (Robinsons Reserve - offers a BBQ facility and toilets). Fabulous sunset location. Highly recommend! Private use of stainless steel BBQ with side hotplate. There is one spacious bedroom with a queen bed - and a separate living area with sofa bed. Ideal for a couple or can accommodate 4 guests comfortably. All linen & towels supplied for all your guests. Reverse cycle air con in living area. Quiet ceiling fan in bedroom - with controls next to your pillow for your convenience! Sliding doors (Crimsafe) at the front and back allowing lovely air flow. 'Crimsafe' fly screens are special Australian designed open-mesh fly screen security doors - that allow the door to be locked for security with open mesh allowing air flow. Living area has a new large screen 75" Smart TV with Netflix. Outdoor undercover area with outdoor setting - seating and outdoor shower and gas BBQ. Large rustic garden - fully fenced - for children & pet safety. Offering ample off street parking on the nature strip. Ten minute flat walk to Birubi Beach. Or 2 minute drive. Slightly south of Birubi - to avoid the traffic! Short 5 minute stroll to the start / or finish of the newly launched Tomaree Coastal Walk at Iris Moore Park. And rockpools. The Tomaree Coastal Walk - Recommend to take the first leg of the walk with and walk to One Mile Beach (Very picturesque following the coast).

Absolutely delightful place. It was warm and inviting. We were hungry when arriving so the treat was a welcome surprise. Dark walkway to the unit so ensure you have a torch, or phone torch if arriving late.
We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Jennifer’s place. We were pleasantly surprised with the variety of ‘goodies’ for our use. Dinner at the local Tavern was very tasty.
A lovely guesthouse with everything you need, very thoughtfully done, lovely and clean. I appreciated Jenni’s communication, privacy, local recommendations and special extra touches. Thank you Jenni. Being a downstairs unit it does get a bit of noise however coming through from the upstairs home.
Only one night sadly and not much time to enjoy but would be happy to return for a longer stay! Comfortable and appealing space.
A great little find! Every amenity was available and very comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the beach

Our closest beaches - Birubi Point beach and Birubi are pet friendly - all year round. During Summer months - pets are allowed at all times - on leash 9am to 5pm and off leash after 5pm.
Leash free at all times from May to September.
Did you know? you can drive along the beach from Birubi beach to Newcastle?
You would need a 4-wheel drive vehicle and a beach permit (a 3 day permit is available from Anna Bay Servo for $33 or annual for $88). A unique experience!
Quads & motorbikes also permitted if you hold a RMS conditional registration.
The beach vehicle permit provides registered vehicles with access to over 19 km of beach and 350 hectares of dune driving, in one of the largest coastal dune driving areas in NSW. Must stay on the waterfront at all times.
From the house - you can walk to Birubi beach. Birubi Point & Birubi.
25 minute drive to Newcastle Airport.
15 minute drive to Nelson Bay, Soldiers Point.
20 minute drive to Shoal Bay.
Centrally located with public transport available to Airport, Soldiers Point, Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay & Fingal Bay.

hi there. My husband and I live in Anna Bay. We are ex-publicans with accommodation circa 1997 Country Victoria. We won an 'AHA Award for Excellence' as the best marketed hotel at the time. Moving on ... In 2006 we established the popular Shoal Bay Riggers holiday house in Shoal Bay. We sold in Nov 2023 - and moved to Anna Bay. And now offering to share this lovely space. Close to the popular Birubi beach. We would love to see you!
