I lived here half a year while finishing my degree. Best stay I’ve had, felt like home. Amazing location and extremely trustworthy host. Strongly recommended for longer term stays - those are the cases where the host matters a lot and this one I can’t recommend enough. Freda’s a great interior designer, the place feels lovely. More importantly, she’s reliable. This area is beautiful and peaceful. Quiet at night, citibike 20 ft away and subways are also close, great stores and food nearby. It’s one of the best spots in the city to live - the people are polite and civilized, the air is fresh and the environment is just nice. Right next to the park which has an outdoor pool, I don’t know anywhere else in the city except Equinox that has that. The apartment has great light during the day, high ceilings and good space for the city and price. More importantly it’s very very nice to live in, with a good couch and desks for work, 2fridge and a stove, microwave, oven and IN BUILDING LAUNDRY
