One Accord was a great host! We had everything needed for our stay.. Very well with communication & directions. The place was clean & felt like home! I would recommend for anyone to stay here!

it was a very nice place; but at 157 a night not the best deal in comparison to all the options AirBnB provides. But don't let that fool you; if you like the idea of staying in a Luxury Apartment with shops built into the complex right down the road from every kind of store you need in walking distance then this is the best option. Much better than a hotel for the same price. for a quiet restful stay it's highly recommend. Ran late out the door and we had a knock from the cleaner at ten till checkout.... so be careful no mercy there lol great pool, great shops, great place recommend it to anyone

This place looks like the image and it’s in a good location. It is clean and tidy however my personal recommendation to the owner is to try and invest more into the interiors. There are no curtains and Florida morning sunrise is too bright for just blinds. Also some Plugin scents would be refreshing. In terms of price I think it’s too high but then again that might just be Florida. I had a great time and the owner was accommodating to an extra 30 mins of checkout .

5 stars. Nice apartment, super clean, everything is new, friendly and attentive hosts. Great location in Oviedo, lots of restaurants, retail stores etc. We loved it.
