Very comfortable sofa bed made by Emma Mattress (can be two singles or a King Size double, adjustable firmness, <30 seconds to convert to a bed). Quiet, house-trained dogs welcome. Everything you need for self-catering including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso pod coffee machine. Essential utensils for cooking and opening wine and beer bottles. Barbecue with utensils in the rear garden. Komfi Primo quality mattresses. There's a Bose Soundlink Mini II speaker with Bluetooth and 3.5mm input cable. WiFi with 95Mb+ download speed, unlimited data. DVD/ CD player and 40 inch Freeview HD TV. Free parking for one car, extra cars can park free on roads near the site. Internally the bungalow is approx. 50 square metres (540 sq. ft) in case you are considering it for more than four adults.

The indoor pool was great when there were storms outside and the property had everything we needed, including fast WiFi which the rest of the site doesn't have apparently. A very short walk to the beach and restaurants and gorgeous footpaths on the doorstep. We'll definitely stay again as there is loads more to explore in the area.
Richard was lovely,friendly and easy to get hold of and communicate with! His place was clean,easy to care for and well equipped! The double bed was really comfy! The instructions for use of his equipment was brilliant and even though we had a few problems with the hot tub,Richard dealt with them swiftly and professionally! The coffee machine was a lovely touch! We would love to stay at Richards place again,we hope Debs,Alan and Teddy (woof woof!) x
Wow what a find for my first Airbnb, Lovely place, very clean with everything we needed. A great base for exploring and a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants. We really liked the gardens and backing onto trees. Richard was very helpful

Freshwater village is approximately 0.9 kilometre (walking) and has food shops, a chemist and many other shops.
There is a bus stop 0.4 kilometres from the property for buses going in one direction and 0.5 kilometres for the opposite direction.
There are three buses to the nearest large town, Newport (takes around 50 minutes) and other parts of the island. Yarmouth ferry terminal is around 18 minutes. No cash is needed although you can use cash: (search online for "islandbuses payment" as I am not allowed to add a link here!).
It takes less than 10 minutes to drive to Yarmouth ferry and around 30 minutes to Newport.
