A super place to relax and enjoy the silence and peaceful location of Freshwater and Freshwater Bay. Great walks and a super easy and cheap bus service to leave the car behind with a stop a minutes walk away. The Annexe is comfortable, the beds are great and there's room for four to dine. All facilities worked well. Thank you to Martin and Emily for such informative and regular communications about the property and our stay in the Island White in general. Brilliant!
Fabulous long weekend, the garden gate, is well equipped, light and airy, with comfortable furnishings and a delightful private garden. Emily was the perfect hostess, meeting us when we weren't sure if we had arrived at the right house! The air BNB site lists the property as the Annex, so without a satnav we weren't 100% sure we had arrived at the right address, but Emily was there to greet us in minutes. Fresh flowers on the dining room table were a nice touch. Local shop and restaurant lovely, St Agnes Church well worth a visit. Will definitely be re-booking.
We had a wonderful stay at Martin and Emily's place! The location was perfect - close to the seaside for some refreshing walks and stunning views and to explore the area. The accommodation itself was very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really liked the enclosed garden which was perfect for our dog! Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Martin and Emily's place to anyone looking for a dog-friendly, well-located getaway.
Communication with Martin and Emily before our stay was excellent; they made everything very easy. The annexe is beautifully appointed with everything you need and was perfectly positioned for me. I particularly liked the garden and would have loved to sit outside had it been warmer. I was only sorry that my stay was so short and I’m looking forward to going back.
Great place for a few days away for our family of 3 and dog. We loved walking up on the Downs which is very close by
