Sip a cup of coffee on the front porch and enjoy seeing wildlife on site to include Deer, turkey, ducks and more! The 1 acre pond is stocked with plenty of fish to catch. We offer catch and release fishing while still being central to surrounding areas within 20 minutes including New Smyrna Beach, Daytona and downtown Deland.

This is a private neighborhood with great neighbors that keep to themselves. We ask that our guests respect this atmosphere and enjoy the sights to see upon entry but that you stay on the property as this is a privately owned road. Be sure to say hello to Amelia the cow that is in the pasture before entering our property.
