Most of the beaches in Rincon are reef bottom but Sandy is named for its soft sandy bottom making it an ideal beach vacation spot. First Floor Unit - The first-floor unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a TV and dining room. The back bedroom includes a full bathroom and leads to the pool area. First floor also includes an outdoor dining table, two outdoor showers, sitting area and pool with lounge chairs. Second Floor Unit - The second-floor unit includes 3 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms includes a trundle bed), 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a TV and dining room. The half bathroom is accessible from the outdoor patio. Watch the famous Rincon sunsets from the balcony sitting area. Washer and Dryer are located outdoor on the second floor. The home is equipped with solar panels and 2 Tesla generators capable of powering the entire home during a power outage, as well as two 600-gallon cisterns, a must for any PR worry-free vacation!

it was pretty clean but one of the bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and under the sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms were dirty. The only other thing was the picture showed 3 beds in the bedroom upstairs, and we had planned on putting 3 girls in that room. One of the girls had to sleep on the sofa. while the tile on the covered patio downstairs looks nice, its quite dangerous because its very slippery when exiting the pool... a few of us slipped and my grandson actually fell and banged his head... Thank God he was ok. We really did enjoy our stay and its super convenient to many restaurants and shops.
Eveka was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. The house was exactly as described and depicted. It was a short walk to 2 different beaches and the onsite pool was awesome. The beds were comfortable and the house was well maintained. Thank you for having us!
Unfortunately we felt that it wasn’t worth the $$. We got there around 5-6 and it was still getting cleaned. They said it was a large group/party before us. I had to buy supplies and clean the pool myself. They did give me a $300 credit I never asked for. They were going to get that money back somehow. We had to take out the bathroom garbages and found dirty underwear under the bed. The garbage from the guest before was baking in the hot sun for 5 days before it got picked up. The flies and smell were next level. We left the house clean and even washed all the towels. I was surprised to receive a message about how we stained some sheets which my wife clearly remembers seeing when we arrived. Also my kids used chalk to draw on the walls (nothing inappropriate). I had to purchase new sheets $60 and get the walls repainted for $600(which I paid)I believe after the experience that I had and them knowing it was petty to charge me anything especially when I paid close to 9k for the week.
Great place to stay just a few steoa from the beach and local fare!
