Clean and serene, what an absolute dream! This is our second time in Eleuthera and the third self catering holiday rental we’ve stayed in and The Anchorage is our favourite. What stands out is the view whether you’re lapping up the rays on sun lounger or sat in the cool lounge looking out the glass sliding doors your eyes are just drawn to picturesque postcard views, watching the birds fly by from sunrise to sunset is what holiday dreams are made of. Located just opposite the walk way down to Rainbow bay beach you’ll have really easy access so if you have little ones it’s perfect from the veranda to the sea will take you just one minute. Voted one of the best beaches in Eleuthera and yet it’s such a quiet unspoilt spot, we’ve stayed here in November and May and most days we were lucky enough to have the beach to ourselves for hours on end. Even if you do have company, it’s always friendly and there’s plenty of spare tables, shade and the snorkelling is amazing the fish swim right up

When we decided to go to eleuthera, we had such a hard time choosing an Airbnb. We knew it was going to be a relaxing, rustic, nature-focused vacation, but we also wanted a home base that was comfortable and clean with no major issues. Well, we are so glad we chose to stay at Stan and Nicky‘s place at Rainbow Beach! We were there from Tuesday to Saturday, so we had 3 full days to explore. we chose their house because it is central on the island, and the pictures of the location looked amazing. It did not disappoint! The house is spacious and clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need. Stan and Nicky live in a house on the property and they were so accommodating and helpful. One evening we wanted to watch an NCAA basketball game, and Stan came right over to help us figure out how to find it. I really can’t say enough great things about this house. I hope I get to spend time there again someday!

We loved our stay at the Anchorage! Nicky and Stan are more than accommodating and genuinely nice people. The bnb has everything you need to make yourself at home. And a serene, secluded beach on Rainbow Bay (only steps away from the front porch!!) is the cherry on top. Centrally located for adventure on the island, this stay was the perfect place for us. THANK YOU for sharing your piece of paradise in paradise. Eleuthera may not be for everyone, but it certainly was for us.
