Your own piece of paradise! We couldn’t believe our eyes when we made it to the property…the pictures don’t even do it justice. The house itself was beautiful, clean and well kept. The views were absolutely breathtaking. You truly feel like you are on your own island. Our family of 5 enjoyed the pool, hammocks, kayaking, snorkeling and playing in the sand on the property. We even saw a couple of sting rays and multiple types of fish. We enjoyed cooking at the house but also ventured out for lunch at Mel’s Snack Shack (highly recommend!) and into Governor’s Harbour for dinner one night at The French Leave. Both great places. Cravings Bakery was also a hit…we loved the beach swings! Laurie was an incredible host and always very responsive when we needed to reach out. Joseph was very friendly and helpful as well. 10/10 rental and we’d love to stay at SP House again!

We had a wonderful trip. Sayle Point is a beautiful house in an even more beautiful location. We loved the privacy. The private beach, tiki hut, and island were all perfect. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We hope to come back sometime!

My husband and I visited Laurie's place in December of 2022 for our 20th anniversary and decided then that our kids also needed to experience it - so we just did a family trip during Thanksgiving week 2023. All 5 of us agree it is the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The house is lovely. It's clean, with enough space, and everything you need - but the reason to stay here is the property. It has to be the best place to stay on the island. You can see the sun rise and sun set over the water from a single location. There is snorkeling, kayaking, the pool, beach, fishing, short hikes around the peninsula, and all kinds of sea life to be discovered. And the people are extremely kind. If you haven't been to Eleuthera, you should know that it isn't a "resort type" place - there are certain conveniences that you just forego while you are there (e.g., good grocery options are harder to come by), but if you love to be immersed in natural beauty, you should book this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sayle Point House! The views of the Caribbean are stunning and there are multiple decks to enjoy. The property is beautiful and fun to explore. The home is very comfy and the a/c was great at the end of a hot day. We couldn’t get enough pictures of the gorgeous sunsets! The evening bugs are no joke but we came prepared. Thank you so much Laurie for sharing your paradise.
