The place is much bigger than the pictures implied. The interior is very well kept with lots of thoughtful appointments in the kitchen and bathroom. Millinocket is an excellent location for access to Baxter State Park, and further points in Northern Maine. Wifi connection was easy and worked well. TV was a bit of a challenge to navigate at first, but once we figured it out we had no problems. The couch and recliner were really nice - a great way to put up our feet after a day of exploring. The kitchen is large and we had no problems cooking both breakfast and dinner. There's a small market nearby, and the location is within walking distance of downtown which has a few restraunts and bars. The town has a large grocery store only a few minutes drive away. Everyone in town was really friendly and helpful. The interior has 3 bedrooms Master bedroom is downstairs near the living room, two bedrooms upstairs accessible by a staircase off the kitchen. Bathroom is functional, but small.

This was our 2nd time at Forrest’s place. So much attention to detail! Much care was put into making our stay feel amazing. We will be back!

We had a great time at Forrest’s place! Walking into the house we were immediately greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere. The house was immaculate and equipped with everything needed. The beds were super comfy and the linens were all new. Lots of large towels in the bathroom and extra ones are stocked in the bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and spices. Little signs throughout the house/kitchen pointed out amenities. A nice touch. The details throughout the house make it obvious much care, love and thought have gone into making this home a perfect vacation house. The location makes it easy to reach the ITS trails and we were able to park 2 trucks and trailers in the paved driveway. Forrest was very response and easy to work with when we made a change in plans. I highly recommend this house!
