Enrique’s duplex was the perfect place for my family’s trip to Madrid. We had ample space and bathrooms (three bathrooms for four people!). The location is perfect for walking to key attractions (Plaza Mayor, the Prado). Enrique and his colleagues are super communicative, friendly, and helpful. We loved our stay!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Madrid. It was very comfortable, well-maintained, and clean. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, and all appliances worked well. The most outstanding feature was it's location. It's a short walk to the best parks and museums, as well as the train station. If you like walking further, you can get to almost all of Madrid's sights; if not, there is a Metro stop right outside the door. The adjoining neighborhoods have many great restaurants, and the area has lots of energy. But the apartment faces an inner courtyard so it is very quiet. I highly recommend this place for a Madrid stay.

Location: perfect. Close to so much. Cleanliness: impeccable. The floors, bathrooms everything. Kitchen: well stocked with utensils. Bring your own groceries from the market. Coffeemaker and coffee were included. Salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar etc. (no sugar). Overall: So clean. Very spacious and uncluttered. Perfect for a family. 2-story living room. One full bed and bathroom downstairs (narrow but tall bathroom). Upstairs BR1- full bed, clean en-suite bathroom, shower is spacious but short (5’6’’ clearance) Upstairs BR2: 2 twin beds, spotless en-suite bathroom, spacious shower, but again short- maybe 5’6’’ clearance. Yes the 2 upstairs spaces have low ceilings. But! So much space, so clean, numerous bathrooms. So, we all got ready and got out on time everyday. No bickering (do you KNOW how important that is!?! :) Jose was so helpful checking in and with advice later. Very kind. He reminded me of my uncle. Enrique, awesome experience! Will definitely recommend.

The place is centrally located. It has three bedrooms with their private bathrooms. The only thing is the the rooms upstairs have very low ceilings and the showers even lower. It was hard to wash my hair. The other downside is that there was a renovation happening so very early every morning there was lots of hammering and drilling.

It was all amazing , place looked great and as shown on the pics. Was bright clean and comfortable. All needed appliances as well as coffee provided. However there was one of the top floor bedrooms that was with low ceiling (bedroom and bathroom) so not tall person friendly. Rest of the rooms were normal sized. Overall we had great time location was perfect and they were really helpful and friendly. Next visit in Madrid definitely wil book same place.
