Next to the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge! Right in the heart of The Rocks where 2 minutes walk in every direction will take you to an iconic location of Sydney. Original sandstone walls and green outdoor courtyard nestled in a traditional Victorian style terrace house. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms provide modern day comforts. Like reading? We've got a huge collection of books! 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom self contained apartment. Essentials including unlimited WiFi internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase 10 for $10 from me). A washing machine is also available for you to use. Bedding configuration: - Room 1: Queen bed - Living Room: double sofa bed Request for sofa bed linen 48 hours before arrival if required. Though the sandstone walls keep the apartment at a constant temperature, there is a portable airconditioning unit and heater if required. Note that there are 2 separate apartments in the building so you may hear people living in the upper level.

We had a good stay despite the weather and the accommodation was great. Suzanna was very helpful and we enjoyed our time there.
Great location, but the noise isolation of the place is poor. Street noise in the bedroom are loud, neighbours’ stairs super noisy in the living room

Suzanna’s house is in a great location and full of history. It is very close to the base of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, The Rocks and Circular Quay. We felt the house itself was lacking a bit of love and attention to detail. Examples of this include; an old TV sitting behind a new tv with the aerial not plugged into either, none of the lamps plugged in so we had to crawl around on the floor to plug them in, a very squeaky bed that squeaked as soon as we moved, and the noise from the levels above us in the terrace, as there is only a thin partition at the top of the stair case separating the two AirBnb’s in the building. The cleaning was not up to standard with mould in the bathroom and dirt and dust throughout. Suzanna was very responsive to my message and photos that I sent. We do hope this property improves as it could be amazing.

If you have kids or a big kid yourself, tire them out at the playground behind the property or enjoy a stunning walk along Lower Fort Street to a stunning reveal of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House all in one shot, or take a swim in Sydney Harbour at the new swimming hole 5 minutes walk away on Hickson Road.
Best location in Sydney for any visitor who wants to be centrally located to all Sydney's major attraction, CBD and entertainment precinct. You still get the peace and quiet living in a local neighbourhood while basking in the historically rich precinct where every street has it's own wiki page. One of the safest, well lit, low crime neighbourhoods in Sydney.
You can catch a taxi or Uber here within minutes.
1 minutes walk - Be stunned by the massive Sydney Harbour Bridge and Observatory Hill.
2 minutes walk - Restaurant area, Lord Nelson Pub and convenient stores
3 minutes walk - The Rocks Markets held every weekend or Barangaroo entertainment district in the other direction.
4 minutes walk - See the world famous Sydney Opera House from Circular Quay
5 minutes walk - Barangaroo Reserve and Park, children’s playground, coin operated BBQ and picnic area.
6 minutes walk - Best day spa in Sydney at the Langham hotel.
