Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Want to relax and watch tv in bed or chill on the cute back outside patio? This apartment has you covered. Right in the heart of quiet, downtown CoonRapids. Our rental is available for short term renting only, ie. Weddings, reunions, funerals, traveling worker etc. This property is also only accessible by stairs. This property has 650sqft with small patio. The master bedroom has a deluxe queen bed, large screen tv, and large windows. The second bedroom can be used as a small living room with a twin over twin daybed/couch. A second queen premium air mattress and a small cot making the property comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. It boasts a full kitchen with Keurig, coffee pods and creamer choices. There are cooking pots and pans and all tableware. 2 tables seating 4 total are against the north wall, overlooking main streets hustle and bustle or can be put together for 4 people to play cards or games. The bathroom has a standing shower and some basic essentials available in case you forgot to pack your own. There is also a stacked washer and dryer with some detergent for you to use. This rental is only accessible by a staircase.

Amber was flexible with our arrival time. We went to a town nearby for a funeral, so it was a short notice booking. We enjoyed the decor and the candy. Main Street was quite quiet for a Friday night. You can see the butterfly mural from the bathroom. The grocery store is right across the street, and we enjoyed donuts at Jenna's down the street.
this is an amazing find! I was so surprised by how nice everything was and the amenities were fantastic and exactly where you would expect. an amazing experience.
Loved my stay. Right on Main Street and easy to get around. Very quiet and spacious. The weather didn’t work out to enjoy the deck which was disappointing but it looks very cozy. Appreciate all the extras!

This adorable apartment overlooks Main Street. During the day, you might enjoy shopping at several of our retail stores, Nature Ammil is a favorite and is right beneath you! New Hope Bargain Shoppe is the place to find that hidden treasure you didn’t know you needed! At night, Main Street will die down and you are nestled safely on the quiet block. If you want some noise, the newly renovated North Side Pub is a great place to meet new people. Across the street you’ll find Chuck’s Place where you can get a drink and grab a yummy dinner (they serve lunch too!). They host a monthly Karaoke night, often with prizes, if that’s your jam!
There is street parking right on Main Street (you can even park in the middle of the street!) You won’t have to worry about parking, unless it’s a Tuesday evening, when the rowdy bingo crowd will crowd Main Street a bit. There is parking in the alley behind the building. It’s a 1-way alley, only accessible from 5th Avenue. The parking is behind our veterans memorial fence/park. This is also where you will park if there is snow on the ground, as a snow ordinance will get’cha a $50 parking ticket!

Me-Born and raised in CoonRapids. I’m a mom of 3 boys, ages 21, almost 20 and almost 6. We have 2 dogs, 2 snakes, a bearded dragon, a gecko, 2 betta fish and 3 snails (not in the rental!) Stay at home mom, photographer, & Dj. Hubs-born in Lake City, childhood in Cedar Rapids/Amana/Norway, Ia. Moved to the twin cities and has traveled all over for work. Dad of 2, 21 & 11. We met on FB dating and eloped to beautiful Drake Colorado. IT genius.
