We are located in a historic de Beauvoir area with many local coffee shops and delis to enjoy as you walk towards the canal.
From one side towards Old Street, you will get the filling of the high-end area where you will see locals walking their dogs, riding their bicycles and jogging, where Victorian properties are well kept with private gardens and roads hardly accessible by cars.

From the other side of our establishment is Dalston, a multicultural and busy area with hundreds of options for different food; you will never be bored trying local restaurants and shops.
My favourite restaurant for stakes and meat but also fish is Tettos, the best quality food in London: tetto's Dalston
My favourite Japanese quick takeaway or eat-in is Kakki katsu:
Walking down Kingsland Road, the options are numerous for breakfast, pizza, coffee shops, and large chains like Macdonald's and Nandos if you like grilled chicken but also local shops.
Down the road towards Shoreditch, there are multiple nightclubs, bars, wine and sheesha bars, one of the busiest nightlife streets in London to enjoy.
Our place is in central so you will enjoy good public transport connections for any trip to the famous Madame Tussauds, London Eye, Big Ben, London Bridge and all the museums.
Dalston Kinsland and Dalston Junction train stations are a few minutes walk and have excellent connections to all those destinations.
A local convince shop is opposite our place also a large Sainsbury's and Tesco are nearby.

This is a very central location in zone two.
The good news is we have excellent parking facilities provided by others, only a 5 minute's walk, the name is Bentley car park. It is pay and display.
At the weekends you can park free on the streets nearby.
You can choose from two train stations, Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction, for access all over London.
Local buses are located a minute's walk from our front door.
