Tim's home was so peaceful! I enjoyed spending two night at his home! he even had some fishing poles to try and catch some fish! the neighborhood was beautiful! house was very clean, had lots of space, and the kitchen was so beautiful! absolutely recommend staying!

This rental was lacking in many respects, filthy & not worth price paid. Here's a list of issues: no toilet paper, no hand soap, filthy pots/pans, cluttered kitchen & bedroom closets, no end tables in bedroom, no reading lites in bedrooms, one mirror in bath only & poor quality linens/towels. Kitchen/front door stuck & extremely difficult to open. Porch slider lock broken so slider was locked(?) with piece of wood, privacy cover on bathroom window peeling off & moldy, kitchen stool cushions were all stained, frig. ice maker not working. We took many pictures of the conditions described above & would like to share w/ airbnb. Sadly this rental needs many items repaired, basic improvements (lighting, doors) and a serious cleaning from top to bottom before it's rented again. Given our experience we're very surprised to read the positive reviews for the rental. Made us all very suspect of airbnb's policy about posting accurate accounts in the reviews.

When we arrived, there was additional supplies (paper towels, coffee etc.) that Tim had delivered waiting for us! Tim was extremely responsive and a great host! Would love to stay at this spot again!
