We enjoyed our one-night stay at Biff and Barb's guest house. The space was very comfortable (we had the entire house to ourselves) and the surrounding grounds were beautiful. They also gave some very helpful tips about the surrounding area - Berryville was incredibly cute, and we're looking forward to coming back!

***Great, quiet escape to nature!*** We highly recommend a stay at either the manor house or one of the cabins. The vast 60 acres provide plenty of space for (socially distanced) activities. We saw at least 20 deer and other wildlife. Sunset and sunrise were beautiful. There won’t be much happening on the property beyond nature and whatever you bring with you. A short walk or drive into Berryville offers a few restaurants. The area is surrounded by farms where you can pick your own produce as well as several wineries. The property and the surrounding area make for a great, safe COVID-era getaway. Be sure to chat with Suzanne if you can—she can share the long history of Rosemont and put the present into context. One thing to realize with the Union or Confederate houses—these are a bit more on the rustic side and you are living among 60 acres of forest and thousands of acres of farmland. You will be living among the woods and wildlife!

We had a wonderful time over the long Holiday Weekend. The check in was very smooth and the room/house was ready for us on arrival. The host was very kind and accommodating. The house is lovely, we had a very spacious and clean room with 3 people and a private bath. The common spaces of the house were nice for dinners and just hanging out when we weren't out hiking or wine touring in the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay! One note, the grill provided is a charcoal one, typical to what they have in state parks.
