Victoria was so nice! She is a great host, very responsive, kind and helpful. The playroom in the basement was perfect, the kids loved it. We also loved all the tools, pots and dishes in the kitchen, it was very kids and family friendly. We would have liked to have towels, although it was written in the instructions to bring our own towels, we missed the note because it has never happened before. Honestly if I had read that note before booking I wouldn't have booked it in the first place. Specially when traveling with small children and packing half of the house I do not want to pack towels, so something to keep in mind for me next time. Overall we had a nice stay and would recommend this house.

My search for a home in the Poconos started a year ago. I kept coming back to this home and I am so glad I did! It was perfect for my family of 11. Very warm, inviting and so comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked and the basement was perfect for my 5 grandchildren. The back deck was so peaceful and relaxing and we all loved seeing deer everyday! Our family time at the pool was so much fun too. I highly recommended this home...the hosts Bob and Loretta are wonderful..so friendly and always available to help you with any concerns. Our stay was all that I hoped for!

This home is beautiful and spacious, with a wall of windows that gave a view to the gorgeous outdoors! The living room’s gas fireplace offered a comfy place to gather and relax after a fun day of activities. The lower level provided toys, games, and books that delighted the kids. Great outside deck with tables and plenty of seating and backyard fire-pit that allowed for campfires and s’mores. Deer and small wildlife visited daily. Located in a private, quiet neighborhood, the community had so much to offer. The pool and playground were clean and fun. The lake was beautiful, with lifeguards on duty and plenty of sand for the kids. Our littles enjoyed the petting zoo and pony rides! We also had easy drives to Hawley, Honesdale, and Lake Wallenpaupak, PA and Bethel, NY (Woodstock) for added adventures! Our family made wonderful memories in this beautiful and well-maintained home. Thank you Bob and Loretta! We truly enjoyed our week long stay and I would highly recommend your home.

Definitely a recommended stay. The house was amazing and had everything that we could ask for. It was fully stocked with all needed essentials. Bob and Loretta were fabulous and incredibly friendly hosts. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This was our second time staying at Bob’s home because of how much we loved it the first time! The home is very spacious and makes for the perfect weekend getaway.
