I've stayed here a few times and, as always Javier is a great host. The house is comfortable and beautiful and and we had a very relaxing time. The staff there are discreet and so helpful, thank you for another wonderful stay.

This was a wonderful and magical place. A 4x4 vehicle is definitely recommended in order to experience this wonderful beautiful and private oasis. Javier met us in the city to show us the way (would have been nearly impossible without him). The accommodations were beautiful and we loved having the pool noodles and paddle board to use. Manuel and Vilma, the caretakers of the house, we’re wonderful. We hired Vilma to do the cooking and kitchen cleaning and our meals were fantastic! We traveled with a 2 and 6 year old. My older son couldn’t get enough paddle boarding and time in the water. The house wasn’t as great for a 2 year old since there were many different levels that he could fall off - this is not a complaint just advice for other parents. Make sure you stop at the grocery store before you go! Manuel also helped us buy fresh fish and organized a wonderful boat ride for us (with tubing!). We loved our stay and hope to get back to this property in the future. (3 adults, 2 children

beautiful property on lake ilopango! it is a little hard to get to, we got there in a microbus even though 4x4 is recommended, its about 30 min off the main road but definitely worth it. The host offered to guide us there first day because one could get lost easily. They had a kayak and paddleboards we could use. A/C in all the bedrooms and a beautiful outdoor open kitchen with view of the lake. It has everything you need for cooking, a large fridge, a great stove/oven and a gas grill. The caretakers of the property were so sweet and helpful! They helped us rent a boat trip for an hour on the lake and they had a tube to do some tubing as well!
