住了5天，非常愉快，Tuan会热情的帮我们解决任何问题，非常好 房屋的位置极好，7个路口的交汇点，去哪里基本都步行10分钟左右，边上好吃的的也非常多 房间很漂亮，非常适合拍照，面积不大，一层楼大概40多平方吧，厕所比较小

This is a house with Vietnamese characteristics. Although the housing facilities are very historical, there are also modern electrical appliances. The location is very convenient, and there are many convenience stores, coffee shops and local restaurants. Tuan took very good care of us and helped us send the lost items to our new residence a few blocks away. The shortcoming is that the bathroom and stairwell are relatively narrow, and tall people may need to consider carefully. But overall, it is an unforgettable experience. I will recommend it to friends who are interested in Hanoi.
Karatia’s place was a lot bigger than expected, it’s basically a private 3 story building with a bathtub on the rooftop. The host was very considerate and went the extra mile to provide baby supplies for us. The location of the apartment is great, right in the middle of the old quarter but still secluded enough to get a good sleep. Overall, well recommended.
Great stay, the location is absolutely perfect. Almost everyplace is walking distance. All amenities were present and the terrace is very pretty. The only issue was that the bathrooms are small.
