My place is close to the airport (9 miles) and the freeway(0.5 miles). We are located near downtown Seattle(21 miles) as well. You’ll love my place because of the outdoor space and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. The space is a private unit with a separate private entry and gated off yard area. The unit includes a living room area, a kitchenette, bathroom with a standup shower, a bedroom, a laundry area. The entire property is in a quiet private drive in a very woodsy neighborhood.

The place was in a great area and easily accessible with very clear check in instructions. Very cozy and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.
If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay in a beautiful area, David's place is perfect. David himself is a great host- very responsive and helpful! I'll definitely stay here again if I need a place in Kent, and I'd recommend it to anyone that needs a relaxing place to recharge.

They were always very responsive in my request. I forgot a couple of things and they brought it right to my door. Very thankful.

The property is on a quiet private drive in a very woodsy neighborhood. Kent Station is a shopping center with many restaurants, entertainment, cinema and shopping that is a quick five minute drive away.
The airport is also about 15 minutes away.
Car is highly recommended. If you don’t have a car, Uber and Lyft would work just fine.
