Needed to go to London for a couple of nights at last minute. Frances was very helpful from the beginning, very fast response. We said we would arrive early for dropping suitcases but she made the room ready if we wanted to occupy. Her husband is also very kind carrying my suitcases upstairs. Breakfast in the morning was perfect for us. We had cereal, toast, juice, coffee and fruits. They are genuinely nice people, it is quiet home in nice neighborhood. Thank you so much.

It’s been a great experience. A wonderful and picturesque place to stay surrounded by nature, cute restaurants close by and well connected to public transport with a bus stop just at the entrance of the house. Frances has been so kind, welcoming and helpful at all times. I recommend her 100% ❤️

Frances was warm, friendly and welcoming. She was really helpful and very interesting and interested in us to. She gave us recommendations when asked and was encouraging. The room was spotless and just like the photo, we had no problems with the shared facilities which were spotless and the breakfast was spot on Frances was very accommodating to little requests and nothing was a problem Was an easy walk to gate 12 at Wimbledon with a couple of lovely pubs on the edge of the common and also an easy walk to the lighthouse restaurant on Ridgway which was just amazing and worth a visit Will be visiting again if possible Thank you Frances
