This unit is in a great location for exploring Pasadena and LA. Beautiful, quiet street in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars. Fenix was very responsive to my questions. Unit has keyless entry so access was easy. Bed and shower were very good. Off street parking was nice to have. My reason for 4-stars instead of 5-stars is that the unit is quite sparsely equipped. It could use a toaster, microwave, hair dryer, kitchen drawer organizer, coat hooks, dresser, more towels, kitchen linens - lots of little things that don't make or break one's enjoyment of a vacation but make a rental feel more cozy and useful, especially at this price point. I do recommend this airbnb and would definitely stay here again when visiting Pasadena.

Very nice apartment and convenient location for CalTech. My only complaint is that there is a $150 cleaning fee, yet the host still asked me to complete a number of cleaning tasks before checkout (wash the dishes, organize the towels, take out the trash).

A lovely place with a lovely modern aesthetic -- a comfy bed, a elegant bathroom, a very reasonable place. I really appreciated the crib!

Great stay with a great host! They were clear, communicative, and responsive with all instructions and handling our requests. The place was nicely appointed and super clean, plus walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Lake. Highly recommend!
