It is a modern, beach-themed house. Only 1.5 blocks walking distance from the ocean. 𝗨𝗣𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗦 features a spacious open concept kitchen and living room, as well as 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with queen bed and private master bathroom with a roomy walk in shower and his & hers sinks. Bedroom #2 has a single bed and a bunk bed. Bedroom #3 includes a queen bed. Also on this floor you can find a laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and a full bathroom. Outside guests can enjoy a wide deck with multiple sitting accommodations. 𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗥𝗦 features a separate "mother-in-law suite"- a paradise for a couple we shall say. It has a living room with a comfy couch and a cute kitchenette with a fridge, cook top and a dining table for two guests. Bedroom#4 located in this suite has a spacious king size bed and a private bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Outside is a cozy secluded area with a brand new hot tub. 𝐓𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞: - freshly made beds - 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per guest - 1hand towels & 1 TP per bathroom -hand soap at every sink -dish soap -some dishwasher pods - roll of paper towels - some trash bags - new dish sponge -basic spices in the kitchen Guests are responsible for everything else. For our guest use, we also offer beach chairs, beach umbrella. We do not provide beach towels.
