Your group will enjoy this entire centrally located home. There are three spacious bedrooms with brand new mattresses. The master has an ensuite bath. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a washer and dryer. In the evenings, watch TV in the living room, or enjoy a family meal on the patio by the pool. WIFI and free parking. The house is conveniently located close to the stadium, UF Health, and trendy bars and restaurants. The house is a spacious renovated historical home. There are beautiful high ceilings and spacious bedrooms. All beds have brand new mattresses and linens. There are two king sized beds for maximum comfort as well as a twin bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tub and there is a separate bathroom shared by the other two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc. We have made every effort to stock the home with kitchen supplies so you can enjoy meals at home. The living room is large and has a large television with Netflix. There is fast internet so you can stream and work from home. There is even a small upstairs loft office where you can enjoy a quiet moment. The backyard is large and peaceful with a swimming pool and outdoor table for evening dinners with friends. The porch overlooks the street for an evening home. Security cameras in backyard and front porch.

This HOME is everything! You couldn’t ask for a better host!! As soon as we walked in we felt at home!! Tanya is very hospitable, accommodating and easy to communicate with!! The pictures speak for themselves! The memories our family experienced… priceless!! I suggest Uptown Kitchen & Bar for breakfast, lunch and dinner … 🤭The food and mimosa buckets are AMAZING!!! We can’t Thank You enough Tanya!!
Worth the visit
Beautiful home comfortable beds and the pool was a huge bonus. Had a good time in Jacksonville. Tanya was quick to respond with questions I had and I would definitely stay again.

Springfield is an up-and-coming residential area known for its Historic District with late-19th- and early-20th-century houses, explorable via bike tours. There are lovely quite tree lines streets in this hip part of town. There are trendy bars and restaurants close by. It is a short drive to UF Health, Everbank stadium, downtown Jacksonville, historical San Marco, Riverside, and Avondale
Strolling the neighborhood or riding a bike is a nice way to see the neighborhood. Street parking almost always available right in front of the house
