A great place to stay in DC that was clean and comfortable. Sirens at night... but that's DC and they provide white noise machines. Would certainly book again.

The place itself is very nice, and everything was clean. The location was okay, the neighborhood itself was not that great but it was close to other things, 10-min Uber ride to the Capitol, etc. However, the biggest problem was the management of this place, check-in, and the communication with the hosts. We booked the place through AirBnB but it was not confirmed, so we called and they told us to just come-in anyway. We arrived, but they still did not receive the booking through Airbnb. So we had to make an entire new booking and were charged for it. Then when the booking came through AirBnB, they tried to refund us, but ended up charging us again. At this point, we've been charged 3 times for the same booking, and are still waiting for a refund. The was also time-consuming, it took 1.5 hours just standing and waiting for them to figure out what was going on.

Clean and easy to check in. Everything is new including furniture and appliances

Short walk to Metro to get dtown. Simple but comfortable decor. Nice spot!

Overall decent place. It is in the basement but you get a small amount of natural light. There are many small issues due to cheap construction (doors don’t close/are broken). Great bang for your buck though!
