Great updated place with lots of room. Clean, private, quiet. Our kids enjoyed playing board games every night - especially Farkle! Great local restaurants- the pizza at Bacio and Turkish Döner were both wonderful for nights in. The only issue we had was not being able to use both showers at the same time due to hot water. So getting ready with 4 people on the first morning was slower for us to get out for the day than we had expected since we had to shower only one at a time. But then for the rest of the week we switched who showered in the morning or evening. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay. No issues with parking on the street. Everything Cliff & Cheri said in the description was spot on!

Fantastic place to stay while visiting DC! Do not let any hangups about basement apartments stop you from booking because you will forget about that once you walk in! Great layout, beautiful bathrooms, comfortable beds and linens. We did not cook any meals there but the kitchen is well stocked. They also have cute extras like board games and some toys for littles. Nice area with a great restaurant, pizza place, coffee shops and nearby stores for snacks, wine, etc - all walkable. Hosts provide great recommendations and are very responsive. Would definitely stay again! Thanks Cheri & Cliff!

This place was amazing! Very upscale and modern, pictures don't capture how lovely this place is decorated! Spotlessly cleaned, comfortable luxurious bedding, and amazing waterfall shower heads with modern bathroom fixtures and soft fluffy towels. Large flat screen TVs, remote controlled black out blinds, modern kitchen appliances. Kitchen is completely stocked with all the dishes you may need and many extra's like coffee creamer, butter, tea bags, coffee sweeteners, coffee pods and salt & pepper, and seasonings. Cliff and Cheri are friendly responsive host that go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and provide all the comforts of home. They accommodated special request, welcomed us with a yummy snack basket upon arrival, provided clear instructions for arrival and departure, WIFI, remotes, etc. and a binder with restaurant and local recommendations as well as guide books that were very helpful. We highly recommend staying here and thank them for their hospitality!
