The place itself is lovely in a nice family neighborhood and we had hopes for this space to meet our needs during our 3 day work trip. When I first walked in, there was a coffee spill. The first night was frigid and the heater wouldn't work, we told them about it they had us troubleshoot still didn't work it was very cold and an unpleasant experience. Also, we were awoken by a loud persistent beeping it was the fire alarm that had a low battery, so we pulled it out. No working fire alarm On our first day, spotty wifi, we reached out about the issue, and they asked us to reset it we did this multiple times. The wifi wouldn't work and we'd try to use our spotty hotspot because we needed to work. We requested a repair, someone came the following evening to check the wifi, heater, and TV, they reached out about sending a repair person on the morning of our checkout by this point it was too late. We tried to work it out with them but they weren't able to fix the issues in time.

Our stay at Ella's home was great! It worked out perfectly for our group. Ella and her co-hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described and very spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to a few different local cafes. I highly recommend Ella's beautiful home if you're in need of a place to stay in Long Beach.

My Mother and her sisters have not been together in five years because they live on the East Coast and we live in Los Angeles on the West Coast. Ella's place was the perfect space for us to relax, rest, cook family meals, laugh, play games , walk to local coffee shops and the beach. The perfect respite to recharge your battery. It was incredible, modern yet cozy! Everyone had their own space which is important for a family vacation. I own and operate my our Airbnb's in Los Angeles and I was very impressed at how much she made her space inviting and comfortable. Would stay there again 100 times if I could!
