Our wonderful 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the beautiful and quiet Woodlake neighborhood. The house sleeps 8 people (1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and 1 queen size sleeper sofa). Renting this home comes with access to the neighborhood pool (Open May 11-Sept 22), playground, miles of walking trails around a beautiful lake and the YMCA. First floor: -This home has a large back deck with built in seating and a private yard. -The kitchen is open to the eat-in kitchen/sunroom with 10' ceiling. -You can relax as you play on the shuffle board table or watch a move. -The living room has two couches (one is a queen sized sleeper sofa) and a 43" TV. -Beautiful hardwood floors, tile kitchen and half bath and carpet flooring in the living room. 2nd Floor: -Bedroom #1: King sized bed -Bedroom #2: Queen sized sleigh bed with a walk-in closet - Bedroom #3: Queen sized four post bed -Two full bathrooms

Great Place and Location!
This is a great home tucked in the corner of a cul de sac with a cute backyard. When I needed anything, Brad responded quickly and timely. We enjoyed our stay!

As renters you will enjoy the Woodlake resources -including swimming pool (pool key is available upon request), playground, lake, and over three miles of paved walking trails. The house is also located within walking distance of Piney Wood Park, which includes tennis courts, soccer and softball fields, and a dog park.
Unbeatable proximity. Located only 1.8 miles from South Point mall and is a short drive from UNC, Duke, and the Research Triangle Park. Plus, across the street is the tobacco trail and is a 12-minute bike ride from the South Point Mall bridge and a 25-minute bike ride to the Durham Bulls baseball stadium. The RDU airport is a quick drive from the house (10.7 miles). Around South Point mall (1.8 miles) there are restaurants, grocery stores and lots of shopping.
