O apartamento estava conforme a descrição do anúncio. Muito cômodo, com todas as utilidades necessárias e muito bem localizado. 15 minutos da praça Espanha e 5 da praça del popolo. O único inconveniente do apartamento era o piso que era de madeira é muito barulhento

The location of the property is fantastic. It is in within walking distance of all the major attractions (Spanish Steps, Coliseum, Vatican, etc..) and SO many places to eat and shop. The apartment is quiet and has comfortable beds, A/C, a nice bathroom and all the kitchen essentials. Please realize the apt. is on the 3rd floor, but there is a small elevator that one person at a time could use. Giuseppe was very responsive during the days leading up to our arrival and until 60 minutes prior to check-in at which time I could not reach him until an hour past our agreed upon check-in time. This was very frustrating and confusing considering how responsive he had been previously. Overall, assuming you can check-in on time, I would recommend this property.

The location of this apartment is amazing! Perfect of all the sight seeing Rome has to offer. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The decor needed updating and the kitchen was quite grubby. We forgot a phone in the apartment and Giuseppe was brilliant at helping us get it back. We had a brilliant trip and the flat is so central. Thanks Giuseppe :)

Dairenin konumu çok güzel ve merkezidir.Daire içi sessizdi,yataklar rahattı.Ulasim cok rahattı. Ancak,mutfakta bazı bardaklar yeterince iyi yikanmamisti,tencere ve tavalar eskiydi.4 yetiskin konakladık ancak sadece tek set anahtar vardi bu sürekli birlikte hareket etme zorluğuna sebep oldu ,ya da eve girmek için birbirimizle buluşma yeri ve saatine ihtiyaç oldu. Ayrica aşağıdan zil çalınca daire icinden nasil acacağımızı bulamadık ve bunu sorunca cevap da alamadım. evde olan kişi aşağıya inip diğerine kapıyı açması gerekti.

Overall, we were satisfied with this unit thanks to: 1. The great location right by Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish steps 2. The amount of space with 2 decently sized bedrooms and 1 bathroom 3. Air conditioning (crucial between May-Sep in Rome as it gets quite hot) Things to be aware of / Potential areas of improvement: 1. The apartment looked like it needed a fresh coat of paint and a few minor repairs (as did the inside of the building) 2. Thicker blinds would be a huge plus as it got very bright early in the mornings 3. There was a fair bit of noise during the day and until around midnight, possibly from the shops outside 4. The host messaged 10 minutes before check-in with instructions. This was after us messaging him and trying to call his number twice. We wished he had just messaged sooner to tell us he would give us check-in instructions at 3pm rather than to leave us thinking he was ignoring our messages. 5. The elevator is tiny and won't fit luggage
