Cozy and comfortable apartment newly renovated, very central posizion in a very calm and quiet area of the city. With every comfort (Wifi, washing machine and dryer and A/C), it can host up to 4 people. With plenty of light and with a view on the historic city walls, very close to every transport (bus and train) with payment park within 100mt walking distance. Located in 2nd floor of an historic building, reachable by stairs. The house has an entrance who lead you in a large living room with kitchen area included and the sofa can be switched into a twin bed. There is available also a little laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a little balcony.

il mio soggiorno a Lucca è stato perfetto. Federico è stato un host disponibile e cordiale. casa dotata di tutti i comfort, molto pulita ed ottimamente posizionata, vicina a tutti i POI della città e a due passi dalla stazione. La vista sulle mura è una chicca in questo splendido alloggio. Tornerò sicuramente , consigliatissimo!!
The apartment is heart of the city center, inside the walls. There are a lot of restaurants and activities around the apartment. The apartment has been nicely renovated in 2024 and we were the first guests. Federico is an excellent host, very communicative and was always happy to help. Parking is available at "Parcheggio Cittadella" (unattended - 250m distance from the Apartment) and cost around 15€ per day. If you stay for longer periods, it is worth doing considering a parking subscription which costs 50€/month, which can be obtained in the office called "Metro Lucca Srl". The apartment is on the second floor, the stairs are very steep and you have to be fairly athletic to go up and down. I would recommend Federico and his apartment to everyone!

Very quiet neighboorhood close to all the major POI of the city.
Bus and train station are reachable in less than 5 minutes walking distance.
No noise or crowd during the night, despite a lot of bars and restaurant very near the house.
