The place is so spacious. Just like the photos and a nice walk to ocean. Michael was responsive. When we rented, it lacked an amenities list but Michael is fixing that. It’s wonderful spot for a group up to 10.

I’m really conflicted about this review. Michael was a fantastic host, and I don’t want to dissuade anyone from renting from his company. But I must publish an honest review. This house was booked one night prior and was simply not ready for us to occupy. We paid $400 for a cleaning fee and the house was not fully cleaned. Floors were not mopped, mirrors dirty, children’s stickers on the wall, pillows dirty, and it felt very “lived in”. The house was beautiful and well located as advertised, but we can’t excuse how the cleaning crew disregarded so much of this property prior to our stay. Michael was great; but overall we didn’t feel we received a comfortable, clean stay as we were charged for. Assuming these issues wouldn’t happen to future tenants, I still would recommend the property due to the peaceful seaside neighborhood if you’re in town.
