Welcome to our little slice of paradise by the beach! Perched in a prime location with a fascinating, uninterrupted sea view and awe-inspiring sunsets, The Spot On The Beach offers an unforgettable escape in a tranquil coastal setting, only a short drive away from Heraklion! All four apartments are equipped for a comfortable stay, plus there is a shared swimming pool, ideal for refreshing dips under the night sky. We understand the importance of a stress-free and comfortable holiday experience, which is why we've equipped our apartment with amenities such as wifi, air conditioning, hot water, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen for preparing hot meals and/or snacks. The Spot On The Beach #3 includes a double bed in the loft (accessed by stairs), as well as two singles in a separate room. There is a private balcony with outdoor furniture, and - best of all - a private roof terrace for you to enjoy extra-amazing views! The pool and the area around it are shared. The beach is literally a few steps away from your doorstep! Just take the stairs on the right side of the shared downstairs terrace by the pool, and you’ll find yourself in an almost private stretch of Pantanassa Beach, where you can enjoy a day of sunbathing and swimming. On the premises there are various spots from where you can enjoy the absolutely gorgeous sunsets, panoramic views of Heraklion from a distance, and the sound of waves lapping against the shore. There is free on-street parking.

The main part of Pantanassa Beach is situated towards the east, whereas towards the west you’ll find the popular Chelidoni Beach, a small bay protected from winds and currents.
Only a short walk away are some of the most authentic and well-established taverns of the area, attracting lovers of good food and hearty portions from Heraklion and the nearby suburbs (usually packed during weekends!).
There is immediate access to the island’s main motorway (also known as BOAK); you can easily travel to all parts of Crete, and visit all its different regions. The city centre of Heraklion is only 15 minutes away by car, and the Palace of Knossos 20 minutes.
On the other side of the motorway, and within close distance from the complex, is the monastery of Aghia Fotini; experience breathtaking views of the Cretan sea and Heraklion from here (open to the public).
IMPORTANT NOTE: as there are no shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, we recommend that you take care of your grocery shopping before you check-in.
Access to the property from the airport or port is easy! The other major cities of the island are easily accessible via the main motorway (also known as BOAK).

• Nikos Kazantzakis Airport: 15 minutes by car (via BOAK, 17.6 km).
• Rethymno: 58 minutes by car (64.6 km).
• Aghios Nikolaos: 58 minutes by car (75.3 km).
Coaches operate across the island, and they can stop at Pantanassa (upon request to the driver).
