Your ultimate Tampa getaway awaits! BEDROOMS Master bedroom has a king size bed. 1st bedroom has a queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen size futon and direct access to the screened in patio The 2nd bedroom also has a dedicated work space BATHROOMS Master bathroom features a large standing shower and double vanity. 2nd bathroom features a bathtub and double vanity. There is a 1/2 bathroom off the back patio with a toilet and sink. This bathroom is not air conditioned/heated Both main bathrooms have towels & a hairdryer KITCHEN Kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Complimentary coffee and tea available. Kitchen is stocked salt, pepper and olive oil. Air fryer & rice cooker available LIVING ROOM The living room features a Roku and an electric fire place. There is a second TV with Roku in the 2nd bedroom/office space, and third TV with Roku in the screened in patio OUTDOOR SPACE The backyard features a 10 ft stock tank pool, shaded lounge chairs. There is a screened in patio, and a second covered patio with an electric grill. Please note the stock tank pool is not heated and does not have a separate gate. It does have a pump/filter which are on an automatic timer There is a washer or dryer available for guest use.

Christina’s place was awesome! We booked a fairest minute stay as our little one first trip and was so thankful we chose this place! Location is great, house makes you feel right at home with everything we needed. Even with a 1 year old, everything we needed was there. Christina was great at giving some referrals for restaurants and closest beaches etc. Next trip to this area we are most definitely staying here! Cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you for a great stay!
The Plaza Tampa was exactly as described as the listing. Christina was timely in all her responses and provided detailed instructions for check-in & check-out. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and the backyard was super enjoyable! The neighborhood is safe, quiet and the driveway had enough space for 2 cars +. The location was close to Armature Works, Sparkman Wharf, several restaurants & most importantly a quick 10min ride to the airport. We would definitely come back again!
