Renovated in 2024 this light and airy house has a large modern kitchen with breakfast bar. Its fully equipped with every modern convenience including, fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, air fryer, microwave and health grill. Tea and Coffee are provided! Just off the kitchen is the communal lounge with Sofa, smart TV and dining table plus a separate utility space with washer and dryer. There are 4 ensuite bedrooms - each with a double bed, Smart TV, comfy chair and dedicated work area. Rooms are fitted with blackout blinds AND curtains so perfect for nightshift workers! Rooms are suitable for 1 guest only. Communal areas are cleaned weekly as a minimum but our team are often in twice a week or more often.
