Come relax at this spacious apartment while you handle your leisure or business in Kingston. This is a spacious apartment. There is an adjacent balcony right outside the apartment that is very large. This balcony is not really a part of this listing. You are free to be outside as much as you want, but the balcony belongs to the residents in the apartment below ours and they are responsible for maintaining it. Hence, you may not approve of the furniture or other items on the balcony or their arrangement. There also is a small dog on this balcony. However, if you choose to stand or sit in the balcony, you can but it isn’t a part of this listing.

Dee was a great host, and was really helpful when we needed advice. The house was spacious and comfortable for a few days near Kingston. I would say that the location was a little harder to do things in the city, but it helped us when we needed to get back to Port Royal and the marina there (where we parked our boat).
Great location and lovely home. May need to park outside because I found that it was more convenient to do so because someone else live there with a car. The roundabout is within walking distance and always has food even until midnight. The host Dee was very respectful and responsive.
