This cozy tiny home on a beautiful slice of land filled my wish list perfectly, and then some. It's a great location on the outskirts of town that feels like country - just go through (on the paved golf cart paths!) the city golf course, hit the sidewalk and head on down the river walk and parks areas before going a few blocks to the historic downtown area. (and I took a selfie with the giant spur!) Though Jacqueline is the listed host, her husband was just as great as she. The hosts were so friendly and willing to have conversations, but were careful to never intrude on my quiet time. They gave me great recommendations on things to do and places to go that augmented my holiday. The hosts also had some snacks and drinks in the fridge for me after my drive there. They offered me produce from their garden and eggs from the chickens to make my stay even more nature authentic. I've come back rested and refreshed - a wonderful trip with surprisingly great hosts.
