I recently had a fantastic check-in experience at this Airbnb unit. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it was already exquisite. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, taking just a few minutes. Sunshine was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. They offered helpful information about the amenities and nearby attractions, which I really appreciated as it was my first time staying there. Additionally, the view from the balcony is breath-taking. Overall, the check-in experience was top-notch. The staff's attentiveness and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a warm welcome.

Sunshine is very responsive, even before the booking was made, she was willing to answer questions and address concerns. She was also accommodative of my early flight timing and gave suggestions on how to manage the check-in time constraint. The property is located in one of the best areas of BGC, right next to the mall with plenty of options to eat. It’s also a relatively short ride from the airport. The unit is beautifully done, I loved the aesthetics, very charming. The view from the balcony is magical at night with the Venice canal all lit up. I would definitely recommend Sunshine’s property.

Sunshine was a very accommodating, friendly, and responsive host. Everything was actually clearly stated in the listing but she made sure to still communicate things with me for proper and smooth check-in and stay. Super love her minimalist yet cozy & aesthetic place.

We really enjoyed our stay at sunshine’s place it sits right above the Venice mall canal and the views at night are quite nice The apartment was cozy and clean and we felt right at home Only downside i can see is that it sits in a straight line down the runway from the airport so planes taking off from NAIA can be heard flying above but when the balcony door is closed you can barely notice it Overall I’d give it a 9/10 score and we would definitely stay there again when the opportunity arises
