1000 characters aren't enough to detail the terrible experience we had with the two units hosted by Regina. Fort Victoria Tower A Unit 1211 is too small with low ceilings, and the doorknob is at knee height. We were moved to Fort Victoria Tower B Unit 16b06, where the AC wasn't working; despite attempts to fix it, we were advised to reset the circuit breaker whenever it shut off. 😂 The host initially offered to refund my two days, but later claimed inability due to perceived rudeness on my part. 😂 Additionally, she proposed extending my stay for free, yet later charged me 3,500 pesos when I requested the extension. 😂 Future guests, you be the judge! 😂

We had a 1 night stay here. It’s a small and cozy place. Enough for my family of 5. We took a walk outside in the evening, it was peaceful. This apartment building had a lot of units airbnb so the guards knew and check-in was smooth. The stairs were a bit steep for my baby but the unit was very clean. Overall a nice stay. Would recommend for a small family.

Ms. Regina was very responsive and helpful. We were just caught offguard on the price of the parking. Paid PHP540 from 2pm-11am for each car. 1000+ for parking!We could have carpooled instead of bringing 2 vehicles. lol... Place is easy to locate and check in was smooth and easy :)

Felt right at home! The place was clean when we arrived and it was so cozy. Host was very responsive and even checked up on us if everything was ok with our stay. Cookware is available and everything you need is provided to you - wifi, house slippers, towels, bath essentials, and cutlery. Check-in was a breeze. There was just an odd smell in the bathroom upstairs as the flush of the toilet seems to have low water pressure, but other than that everything was great! Would love to go back here again. 😊 Would suggest on providing a guide or welcome note that includes the wifi password and also instructions for the elevator pass so it's easily accessible. 😊
