I can not say enough positive things about my stay here! The host was very responsive and willing to assist with check-in when I locked myself out of my room and could not figure out how to turn the heat on. He drove to my Airbnb to assist me, upgraded my room, and even helped me move my bags to the new room. When I wanted to extend my stay, and could not do it through the app, he was very responsive and worked with me until we were able to figure out a solution. The home is full of new appliances, clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom had full-sized bottles of body wash, toothpaste, new hair brushes, etc. Every toiletry you could ever think of was provided and freshly stocked! As a Chicago native who booked this stay for their out-of-state partner, this was a very convenient location. Easily accessible to the expressway and close to all of my favorite restaurants in the Southloop and Bronzeville area. Easily a 10/10 stay!
