Great communication by host, Benedicte waited over an hour for our arrival. Lovely place for two, comfortable bed, TV, washer and dryer. Location is very convenient! Mins walk to M10/M6/M12. Also a very safe building :) Room for improvement: to install a shower curtain to prevent water splashing from shower, warm lights preferred over white lights. Was a little apprehensive given the low number of reviews but that is only because it is a new apartment!

Great place in Paris, very close to the train station so it’s easy to get around the city. Many local bars and restaurants are close by; along with grocery stores if needed. Overall stay was great would definitely come back next time I’m in Paris !

I absolutely loved my stay at Anaïs' place. I hope this review will help you: Location: The appartement is located in the beautiful and peaceful 15th arrondissement. There are 2 metro stations at a walking distance (Ligne 6: 2 mins and Ligne 10: 4 mins). It is located near the major attractions (Eiffel Tour, Les Invalides, etc.) and also very well located to easily commute to any destination in Paris. Building: The building is beautiful and very secure. The appartement is on the rez-de-chaussée, so no stair climbing with your luggages wich is a plus! Neighborhood: The lovely neighborhood has everything at a walking distance: bar, bakery, butcher's shop, restaurant, drug store, etc. Appartement: It is true to the pictures with a modern decor and a very cozy feel. I felt right at home immidiately. It suits best for a solo traveler or a couple. Host: Benedicte (the co-host) was very responsive. She answered all of my questions and was very friendly. I highly recommand this place! :)

Très bel appartement. Calme. Bien situé. Hôte très accueillant. J’ai passé un excellent séjour et j’y retournerai avec plaisir.
