This spacious lakefront home sits on a bluff above the water with 180 degrees of gorgeous views! 6 bed/7 bath home in Tan-Tar Estates and Margaritaville Resort! Enjoy the community pool within walking distance from the house. All the rooms have Ensuite bathrooms. Hop in the car for a 3 minute drive to Margaritaville Resort lakefront area and enjoy many things to do! Sleeps 20. Enjoy 2 community pools, one is a 2 minute walk and has amazing lake views! The resort offers an array of attractions and things to do. Grab a bite at Landshark Bar and Grill! Enjoy the indoor water park, mini golf, bowling, spa, arcade and horseback riding. There are costs for some of these activities.
There are 3 designated parking spaces directly in front of home.
All overflow parking must be at the community pool which is a 1000ft walk away. There is no street parking allowed.
There are walking paths throughout Margaritaville and golf cart rentals are available at the resort. The resort is a 5 minute drive in the resort from the house.
