My family and I rented this house as well as the one next door. This was for five nights over the memorial day weekend. We all had a blast. The houses are about a mile walk from the Margaritaville resort or a very quick boat ride. We were in a very private Cove with little activity going in and out. We will definitely stay here again. The property management response was incredible. We had a very minor issue, which was our fault and Lowell what is there in minutes to assist.

What a place and what a host! Our family arrived Christmas Eve at another Airbnb where the heat and water had gone out. We needed to find a new one immediately and we ended up here. She responded immediately to our request and helped us settle in right away. The place was beautiful. We especially loved the big dining table and gorgeous sweet upstairs. And it was so nice to have a bathroom in each room. Would totally recommend this place to anyone. It was a wonderful place to meet up with family and enjoy time together.

I will start by saying the house is beautiful and is set up to sleep many people. The dock was amazing and we loved the fact that it was in a cove rather than the main channel. This made good swimming for our kiddos. Unfortunately the communication, cleanliness and basic provisions left much to be desired. The property management was not about providing a good customer experience or customer satisfaction. Here is a message I sent to the PM on Friday and she never responded. *****Victoria, I want to bring some things to your attention before we leave. I hope this information can also be passed along to the home owner. I would like to start by bringing to your attention the lack of cleanliness of the property. The floors were so dirty our feet keep turning black. It is obvious that they have not been cleaned. The screened in porch off the living room was covered in spiderwebs. They went from the ceiling fan blade all the way to the table centerpiece which was also covered in webs. There were also several dead bugs on the table. In the basement there is a room with 3 beds. Under the beds there was trash under each of the beds shoved to the middle. It was quite disgusting. The other issue we have had was a lack of supplies provided for a 5 day stay. Each bathroom was supposed to have a minimum of 3 rolls of toilet paper, we had one and a partial roll on the holder. We had to go purchase toilet paper to accommodate our needs. The kitchen had 3 kitchen sized trash bags for the 5 day duration. For cleanliness purposes we also had to go purchase trash bags. There are only 2 dish towels in the entire kitchen, and only 3 dishrags, and one roll of paper towels. For dishwashing purposes for a 5 day stay in house that sleeps over 20 people we had 3 dishwashing pods. This is all totally unacceptable. I am at a loss as to why we paid such a hefty cleaning fee and such a high rate nightly for such a poorly cleaned and stocked air bnb. In logging on to air bnb to message you, I read a review from July 2022, this month, that had SEVERAL of the same complaints. I would think a partial refund would be in order but I will wait to hear from you as to how LV Properties plans to make restitution in response to the knowledge of our issues during our visit this week. Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you and hope the Johnson family is also given a copy of this message as I assume they may be surprised by how their property is being cared for.*****. There were not even basic staples in the kitchen such as salt and pepper. Not many bath towels and only a small, poor quality bar of soap. For what we paid per night we expected better communication, a clean house, and more provisions. So basically we had to clean and had to go buy many things you normally find in an air bnb.

Perfect stay for our family at Thanksgiving. I would recommend to anyone looking in the area. Great communication.

This is such a great house. It accommodated our large group perfectly. Great location. Great communication.. we had the best week :)
